We offer master leases with commitments as long as a year. We do step payments, skip payments, quarterly payments and annual payments.
We do progress payments as low as $5,000 and then turn them around in 24 hours.
We finance a wide range of companies. Most companies are established and profitable, but we also finance start-ups with good business plans and either very strong guarantors or substantial liquid collateral.
We are credit, not collateral, lenders and finance most equipment including weak collateral, software and other soft costs.
